CAS Week Signup and Payment Schedule

Friday, 2nd September:

Website with details of CAS Week Options goes live

Wednesday, 7th September at 4 pm:

Google form for CAS Week choice shared with students (students are required to give their top 3 choices, with reasons)

Friday, 9th September at 1 pm:

Google form for CAS Week choice closes

From Monday, 12th September:

Students and parents/guardians are informed of allocated activity

Monday, 26th September - Monday, 3rd October:

Payment due (final confirmation of place only happens once payment is received and we appreciate payment as early as possible) 

Monday, 7th November - Friday, 11th November:

CAS Week takes place

Important things to note:

All payments will need to be paid by cheque, made out to ‘Renaissance College’.

Cancellation

Cancellation through illness:

In circumstances of cancellation through illness, RCHK will offer cancellation coverage on the provision of a doctor’s certificate up until the commencement date under the following conditions: a full refund will require a doctor’s certificate covering more than half of the programme. For a 1 or 2 days doctor’s certificate, the reimbursement will only be for the costs of the 1 or 2 days missed.

Cancellation due to COVID19 restrictions/unforeseen circumstances:

Should restrictions or unforeseen circumstances (affecting everyone) prevent your child's CAS week programme from being able to run, we will either postpone the experience to a later convenient date or give a full refund.
